You can potentially add delivery instructions after you have placed your order
Delivery instructions can be added once you have received your tracking/courier information.
If your item is being delivered by DPD, you can use the tracking link they send you to amend the delivery. This could be a request to leave an item in a safe place if you are not in for the delivery, or change the delivery.
If your order is being delivered by another courier, please drop us a line at sales@furniturebox.co.uk and we will request this for you.
Please also note that we are not able to request a specific delivery time for you. As we use third party couriers, we cannot guarantee a driver will call you in advance of the delivery. We will always do our best to assist where we can,
