Delivery information
We will deliver the order to the invoice address unless you give a different elivery address when you ordder. In which case, the delivery will be made to the given delivery address.
The table below will show you what delivery options there are for your order.

The product will be delivered to the main entrance of your home. If you live in a block of flats, the delivery point will be at the main entrance to the block. In case of very large orders being palletised for safety, the pallet will be placed as close to your building's main entrance door as is possible by the driver. The pallet isn't stripped down e.g. unpacked by the driver. |

The product will be brought in to your home by the delivery drivers and placed within a room of your choice. They won't go up more than two flights of stairs. If you are in flats and the product will fit into a lift, the drivers will deliver the item to your flat. For sofa orders only - the courier will unpack the items, fit any legs (if required) to the bottom of the product and remove the packaging |
