If you believe your item is faulty / missing parts
We're sorry to hear that and we'd really like to get things sorted for you as quickly as possible. We'd recommend you email us on sales@furniturebox.co.uk remembering to include where possible:
- Your name, address and order number (don't worry if you can't remember the order number)
- Photos (where possible) and description of the issue so we can help you as quickly as we can.
If you still need to return a faulty item within the first 30 days, we will offer you an exchange, replacement or a refund. Please keep the packaging so we can collect the items if needed.
For a return we require the product to be disassembled and placed into its original packaging.
