At checkout the country should always be set to the UK and should not be able to change. If it looks like you are are able to select a delivery country at check out, this can be caused by having an active VPN, or if your IP address is from a different country. If you are in the UK you can turn off your VPN and the checkout should now work.
Orders can only be placed for UK delivery, with a UK billing address.
