For domestic UK customers - VAT will show at checkout and is included on our listings.
If you are a B2B Business Customer, the listings you see may be exc-vat (and will clearly say this where it applies) but you will still pay VAT on your order and this will be added on and show on the checkout or invoice you receive.
If you are from Jersey, Guernsey, Alderney or Sark, drop us a line if you have paid VAT and we will investigate this for you. We must have delivered directly to an address outside of the UK to be able to refund VAT. If the delivery address given to us is an address in the UK (even a forwarding shipper at a UK port), which you have then subsequently taken out of the UK, we cannot refund VAT in this instance.
Some health products are VAT-free in the UK because they are either a zero-rated item, like prescription items, or because the buyer meets the criteria for VAT relief for disabled or long-term ill people, allowing them to buy specific eligible products VAT-free. None of our products qualify for VAT relief in this way.
