When your order has been prepared for despatch, you will be sent some tracking information directly by the courier.
For estimated delivery time ETA enquiries
DPD, Parcelforce, XDP, Palletways and BJS do offer ETAs on the day of delivery and these should be sent to you directly by the courier and available on their tracking pages. These ETA's unfortunately cannot be changed on the day of delivery however on occasion delays with the delivery rounds especially at peak times do sometimes lead to occasional delays and we are sorry for any inconvenience this could cause you.
Unfortunately DX does not currently offer an ETA service, we are sorry about this.
